Dr. Zheng Bingwen, Professor in economics and Ph.D., is now the Director General of the Institute of American Studies(IAS) at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), Director General of the Center for International Social Security Studies (CISS) at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), a member of the Consultation of MoHRSS (Ministry of Human Resources & Social Security), a member of the Great Decisions Consultation of CIRC (China Insurance Regulatory Commission), a member of the Chief Expert Group and International Think Tank of IAC (Insurance Association of China, as Visiting Professors at Peking University, Renmin University of China, Wuhan University.,Sichuan University, and Chinese Academy of Governance, etc..
    Dr. Zheng has long been interested in comparison of the welfare states,social security and social governance research.
