Wang Yizhou is Professor of International Politics and Chinese Foreign Affairs in the School of International Studies (SIS), Peking University. He has been the Chief Editor of World Economics and Politics from 1998 to 2008 and the Deputy Director of the Institute of World Economics and Politics (IWEP) of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) at Beijing between 1998 and 2009. Prof. Wang has published prolific works of original and translation. His research interests include the role of China’s diplomacy in the development of global policy, comparative issues on Western and Chinese IR theories, trends of international institutions and laws.
